Oregon Convention Center 777 NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Portland, Oregon 97232 The Oregon Convention Center is accessible via Interstate Freeway I-5 north or south via exit 302A (Rose Quarter) and I-84 west exit 1 (Lloyd Blvd.). It is bound by Holladay Street, Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Lloyd Blvd. and NE First Ave. Directions to Oregon Convention Center Parking from your location. Oregon Convention Center Parking In addition to the ample street and bus parking in the surrounding area, the Oregon Convention Center provides onsite parking for $8 per day. Eight hundred spaces are available on the garage's two levels. View a map of the Parking Garage Entrances. The Oregon Christian Home Education Conference will be held in Exhibit Halls A and B.
