Exhibit Hall Only Pass
We believe the curriculum hall and the conference work together to equip you for the upcoming school year. Therefore, we encourage you to register for the whole conference to obtain the best preparation for next year. However, we realize there are some who prefer to attend the Exhibit Hall only. Therefore, we will be offering Exhibit Hall Only passes. See the Registration Information page for details.

Among other great benefits, OCEANetwork Supporting Members get a $10 discount to the conference registration! Families who make tax-deductible donations of $50 or more also receive the $10 conference discount as a supporting family.
Parent of Preschoolers
We are inviting parents of preschoolers (the oldest child is younger than 6 on June 17) who haven’t previously attended an OCEANetwork event to attend the conference for FREE! These parents face decisions about their children’s education and we want to help them understand the benefits of home education. Pre-registration for the parents of preschoolers’ admission is required by June 3rd, so let your friends know today!
To obtain the code for the Parents of Preschoolers Scholarship visit the Registration Information page. Registration for Parents of Preschoolers begins at 8 a.m. on April 19th.
Single Parent
Recognizing that single parents, whether by death of a spouse or by divorce, are carrying the load of both provider and teacher, the Board of OCEANetwork would like to alleviate a small portion of this burden by allowing the single parent to attend the conference for free along with their children. Grandparents may accompany the parent for a small charge of $10 per grandparent. Single parents may fill out this contact form to apply for benevolent admission.
Hardship
Homeschoolers are not immune to unemployment and other hardships which come from time to time often making it difficult to pay even the minimal fee for the conference. With this in mind, OCEANetwork offers benevolent admission for them. To apply, fill out this contact form.
Pastoral/Missionary
Pastors and Missionaries, along with their spouse and children, may receive benevolent admission to the conference by submitting their request on your church letterhead or mission board letterhead to the conference registrar. To get the mailing address or ask questions, please fill out this contact form.
Military
Active military, along with their spouse and children, may attend the conference for free. To apply for benevolent admission, please send proof of military I.D. to the conference registrar. To get the mailing address or ask questions, please fill out this contact form.
To donate to the benevolent admission fund and bless other homeschooling families perhaps less fortunate than yourself go to the donation page on OCEANetwork’s website.
Conference Volunteers
Conference Volunteers ~ Serving others! We need you!
Every year, dozens of wonderful, servant-hearted conference attendees willingly sacrifice part of their time at the conference. Why? Because they understand that without their help, it would be impossible to have a conference that the average homeschool family could afford to attend.
There are several opportunities for adults and young adults 15 and older who are attending with a parent. Sign up online for the job and shift you want. So you don’t have to feel like you are missing any of the messages, you will receive a coupon for one MP3 download for every session you miss. Most shifts are two-and-one-half hours to three hours long.
You must be registered for the conference to volunteer. You can indicate you want to volunteer when you register for the conference.
If you are already registered, you can contact the volunteer coordinator by filling out the volunteer submission form.
Used Curriculum Exchange Volunteers & Questions: Please fill out this contact form and we will get back to you.
As a thank you for helping the OCEANetwork Conference run smoothly, volunteers will be in the first group to be allowed to shop the Used Curriculum Exchange. Shopping for volunteers will be on Friday starting at 12:15 p.m.
Volunteer positions available at the conference:
Set up crew: Thursday afternoon. Help the vendors unload their products. This job is one of heavy lifting and physical labor. Please do not volunteer to do this if you have health problems or are pregnant.
Morning Greeters: We are looking for friendly, smiling folks who like to make families feel welcome at the conference. Friday, bright and early, 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.
General Session Greeters: Greet people coming into the general session hall, give out handouts, collect evaluations. You get to hear the general session, but need to arrive 15 minutes early and stay a little after the session.
Tear down crew: Saturday afternoon. Help the vendors move out their products when the exhibit hall closes. This job is one of heavy lifting and physical labor. Please do not volunteer to do this if you have health problems or are pregnant.
Used Curriculum Exchange Volunteers: Volunteers are needed Thursday afternoon, Friday, and Saturday to help organize the books for the Used Curriculum Exchange. Sign up when you register for the conference. Or if you have already registered and would like to volunteer for the Used Curriculum Exchange, please fill out this contact form and we will get back to you.
